Get Ready For Fun With Our New Events Feature!

Part of having a local community online, is making sure that you have a great calendar of events for members to attend in person.

While we are still working out details for our meetups this year, there are a ton of other great community events happening right now. We'll be scouring the web to find them and get them all to you in one place.

For Event Attendees

We will be scouring the internet regularly to find new events around the state to add. We will do our best to add mostly free and low cost events, but there may be some events that have large ticket prices as well. Each event that is free will have the FREE tag, so if it doesn't have that tag assume there's a ticket price. Events also have tags for the age group (the Family tag means it's appropriate for all ages) and some types of activities you can expect (IE music, art/crafts, etc). We will also be adding events that offer resources and/or free services (medical, car care, education for parents, etc) as well as homeschooling events.

You can even add events to your preferred calendar host!

For Event Hosts

One awesome feature of our new events calendar, which is something NO ONE ELSE HAS, is the ability to submit an event and see it LIVE immediately! Please feel free to share any family-friendly event you are hosting that is open to the public (and yes, you can even add a way to purchase tickets via a URL link). You can tag each event with relevant tags so they appear next to related events. If you have videos and attachments that you'd like to add to your events, please contact us to add them to your submitted event.
